Our full Terms & Conditions will be supplied to you on acceptance of contract, but the main points are listed below.
Our Man and Van services are operated by Inside-Out Property Management Services, owned by Phil & Ann Michelsen and registered with the French authorities with the Sirets 801 012 758 00018 (Ann) and 818 199 945 00010 (Phil).
We are fully insured and licensed for the work we undertake, and copies of our documentation are available on request.
Charges
- Local pickup and delivery are charged on an hourly or daily basis, and are payable on the day.
- House clearances and national or EU removals are charged depending upon the job specifications, which will be provided in advance by Devis. We will invoice to cover the projected outlay prior to the work being undertaken, with the balance payable upon delivery.
- All fees are invoiced in Euros.
Liabilities
Inside-Out Property Management Services shall not be liable due to the following impacting on the ability to deliver the services in a timely and professional manner:
- Interruption of public services
- Adverse weather conditions
- Traffic or other reasons for non-access to the premises
Dispute Resolution
Inside-Out Property Management Services will endeavour to resolve any disputes by way of negotiation, however if this is not possible the services of the local Huissier or Advocate will be notified as will the person(s) with whom the dispute is with.
